Privacy Policy

The controller of personal data is TTN s.r.o., Company ID: 52 330 443, registered office at Sadová 2719/3A, 905 01 Senica, Slovak Republic, registered in the Commercial Register of the District Court Trnava (hereinafter "controller"). This document is prepared in accordance with Regulation (EU) 2016/679 of the European Parliament and of the Council on the protection of natural persons with regard to the processing of personal data (GDPR) and Act No. 18/2018 Coll. on the protection of personal data.

We process your personal data for the following purposes: a) Processing inquiries — We process name, company name, email, phone, IP address, and message content for the purpose of responding to your consultation or pricing request. Legal basis: Art. 6(1)(b) GDPR (pre-contractual measures at the request of the data subject). Retention period: 3 years from submission or until consent is withdrawn. b) Registered account operation — For business partners (sales/resellers) we process name, email, and company name for the purpose of providing dashboard access. Legal basis: Art. 6(1)(b) GDPR (contract performance). Retention period: duration of the account plus 3 years after termination. c) Cookies and analytics — With your consent, we use Google Analytics 4 to analyze website traffic. Data is anonymized. Legal basis: Art. 6(1)(a) GDPR (consent). Retention period: depending on cookie type, maximum 365 days. d) Security and audit — We record IP addresses, user agents, and timestamps for website security and abuse prevention. Legal basis: Art. 6(1)(f) GDPR (legitimate interest of the controller). Retention period: 1 year.

Your personal data may be shared with the following recipients, exclusively to the extent necessary to achieve the processing purpose: • Pipedrive OÜ (CRM system, Estonia/USA) — management of business inquiries. Transfer to the USA based on EU Standard Contractual Clauses. • Mailgun Technologies (email communication, EU) — sending inquiry notifications. • Hetzner Online GmbH (hosting, Finland/Germany, EU) — data storage and processing within the EU. • Google LLC (Google Analytics 4, USA) — traffic analytics. Data processed in Consent Mode v2, only with your consent. Transfer to the USA based on EU Standard Contractual Clauses.

Some of our processors are located outside the European Economic Area, specifically in the USA (Pipedrive, Google). The transfer of personal data to the USA is carried out on the basis of Standard Contractual Clauses approved by the European Commission in accordance with Art. 46(2)(c) GDPR. The website uses the following categories of cookies: Essential cookies (always active): • session cookie — browser session, necessary for website functionality • XSRF-TOKEN — protection against CSRF attacks • cookie_consent — storage of your cookie preferences Analytical cookies (only with your consent): • _ga — Google Analytics, unique visitor identification, expires in 365 days • _gid — Google Analytics, visitor identification, expires in 24 hours Marketing cookies: • We currently do not use any marketing cookies. If introduced in the future, you will be informed. All optional cookies operate on an opt-in basis — they are disabled by default and are activated only with your explicit consent via the cookie banner.

In connection with the processing of your personal data, you have the following rights: • Right of access (Art. 15 GDPR) — you have the right to obtain confirmation whether your data is being processed and, if so, to access it. • Right to rectification (Art. 16 GDPR) — you have the right to correct inaccurate or complete incomplete data. • Right to erasure (Art. 17 GDPR) — you have the right to request erasure of data when the purpose of processing has ceased. • Right to restriction (Art. 18 GDPR) — you have the right to request restriction of processing under certain conditions. • Right to data portability (Art. 20 GDPR) — you have the right to receive your data in a structured, commonly used, and machine-readable format. • Right to object (Art. 21 GDPR) — you have the right to object to processing based on legitimate interest. • Right to withdraw consent — if processing is based on consent, you have the right to withdraw it at any time without affecting the lawfulness of prior processing. You may exercise your rights by sending an email to info@ttn.sk. We will respond to your request within 30 days at the latest.

No automated decision-making or profiling within the meaning of Art. 22 GDPR takes place in the processing of your personal data.
